Our fully-equipped tool room supports 24-hour production and pre-production services:

 

Construction of new tooling • Routine mold service and maintenance • Major and minor mold refurbishment

Construction of assembly fixtures • Q/A gages and test fixtures • Engineering changes • Pre-production mold preparation

 

 

Aurasound builds all new molds in-house to give our customers the best combination of cost and lead-time. We match project demands with the capabilities of the design, cost and integration into the final product. Our current capacity is about 450 sets of tools per year and we are constantly increasing capacity.

 

 

 

 

 

 

 

Along with Molding and Aurasound Engineering we offer expertise and know-how gained from years of molding and manufacturing experiences with a wide range of materials, part requirements, mold designs and manufacturing issues. We use internationally recognized materials for our molds that will guarantee long life. All tools are maintained and stored to the highest standards, to ensure your molds are always in great condition and ready for use on short notice.

 

Our engineers fully support our customers during the pre-production, production start-up, and full production phases of every project. Our mold-tooling department is staffed with more than 50 professionals at your disposal.
