From conceptual design to delivered product, Aurasound manages the entire product development process until the final product complies with strict customer requirements and international standards (e.g. IEC, JIS).  With full and complete manufacturing capabilities, Aurasound’s development cycle from design to production in respect of ODM is 60 days and OEM is 30 days.  As such, we can easily accommodate specific requests. The product may come in as a completed design from the customer or it may be the result of the customer and Aurasound working together on the product definition to establish performance versus cost targets.

 

Anechoic ChamberOur team of engineers closely follows industry and technology trends around the world, paying special attention to new technical developments.  To ensure we are keeping abreast of the market, as a form of continuous training, Aurasound regularly invites acoustic engineers and field specialists from the USA, Germany and Denmark for exchanges on the latest developments in acoustic and engineering technology.  Our first-class design engineers are well-versed in the use of software such as ProE and AutoCAD, and simulation analysis software such as LEAP, FineCone, and FineMotor.

Our client management systems are constructed in a manner similar to project management.  To ensure optimum project management, project members are our engineers from the areas of development, purchasing, manufacturing process, product quality and packaging, etc.

 

 

StaffAurasound has a direct development staff

of more than 30 people including:

5 acoustic engineers and 2 mechanical engineers at our Guangzhou office, 2 acoustic engineers at our Taiwan facility, and 2 more acoustics engineers in our US offices. Wherever needed, Aurasound also has the immediate support of our parent companies deep engineering resources in electronics, plastic design, production and molding.
